Unused one-time credit packs can be eligible for a refund within the stated period; failed solver requests do not consume credits.

A full refund may be requested within 14 calendar days when credits from that order have not started to be consumed.
Failed calculations
Invalid input, system errors, INFEASIBLE and NO_SOLUTION do not use credits and therefore do not require a per-request refund.
Requesting a review
Email support@toreniva.com with the Cutwise account email, order reference, purchase date and reason. Do not send card details, passwords or complete API keys.
